HTC One X set to get Android 4.2.2

HTC and carrier partners are reportedly distributing an Android update for the One X smartphone. As noted by GottaBeMobile, French carrier SFR has released Android 4.2.2 builds with HTC's updated Sense 5.5 overlay, bringing the phone up from Android 4.1 and Sense 4, however details of a rollout through other carriers remain unclear.

Sony PlayStation Vita TV not slated for US launch

Speaking in an interview with Tech-On, Sony executive Andrew House noted that the company is not planning to release the upcoming PlayStation Vita TV set-top box in the US or European markets "at this point." The device is initially set to launch solely in Asian markets such as Japan, China and South Korea.
