Next Nexus 10 set to be designed and manufactured by Asus
Evidence is starting to mount that Asus will be making the second-generation Nexus 10, replacing Samsung in doing so. Asus already makes the Google Nexus (2013) following on from the 2012 iteration it also manufactured. This would leave Samsung without any known Nexus devices in the pipeline, with its archrival LG producing the Google Nexus 4 and is strongly suspected to be behind the Nexus 5 sequel as well.
The latest leak, which springs from the UK, shows a screenshot from a store inventory listing Asus as the manufacturer of the new 10-inch tablet. This aligns with a similar leak last month that also listed Acer as the make of the next-generation Nexus flagship tablet. Serial leaker @EVleaks also confirms that the latest leak is seems to be authentic. Unusually, it remains unclear at this stage is what the new tablet will look like, nor has there been any plausible leak regarding its specifications. However, it appears to be priced at around US $560.
