Suggested to slot into Lumia range above Lumia 625
Nokia may be preparing to launch a large-screened mobile phone that will apparently be a flagship "budget category" Windows Phone device. The Lumia 1320, previously codenamed internally as "Batman," could be one of the last few devices to leak ahead of the phone manufacturer holds its Nokia World event on October 22nd.
The Verge believes that the Lumia 1320 will be just above the Lumia 625 in specification, and will have a large display similar to match or exceed that of the 4.7-inch version in the 625. A 5-megapixel rear camera, a front-facing VGA camera, and a new Nokia Camera app will also apparently feature on the smartphone.
The choice of internal codename, as revealed by the @evleaks Twitter account, is unlikely to have any bearing on the design of the Lumia 1320 at all, though the company does have some history with the character. Last year, Nokia released a promotional black version of the Lumia 900, complete with a laser-etched Batman logo on the back and preloaded with content relating to The Dark Knight Rises.
