Device available to pre-order for November delivery

German manufacturer Sunflex has begun taking pre-orders for its Unu media station. The Android-powered device serves several functions, working standalone as a seven-inch tablet or as a game console with an included dual-stick controller. Users can also connect the Unu to a television, converting the system into a media hub with apps for Netflix, Hulu and Pandora, among others.

A number of Google Play games are said to be optimized for use with Unu's game controller or Airmouse remote, according to a PCMag report.

The tablet portion features 1280x800 resolution, with a quad-core 1.6GHz processor and 1GB of RAM powering Android 4.2 Jelly Bean with a custom overlay. The device also features USB and HDMI ports, 8GB of internal storage and a microSD slot for expansion.

Pre-orders can be placed via Newegg or Gamestop, with the gaming edition priced at $250 and expected to arrive on November 8. Users can also buy the standard edition without the game controller for $200.
