Launches in quick succession after Oct. 22 event

Release dates have been leaked for the products Apple is expected to announce on October 22nd, says French site MacG. An updated MacBook Pro is slated to launch on the 24th or 25th, followed by the fifth-generation iPad and second-gen iPad mini on the 30th or the 31st. The overhauled Mac Pro is only forecast for November 15th.

The dates are roughly consistent with when Apple typically launches hardware after an announcement. Changes to the Mac Pro have been well-detailed by Apple and others; the MacBook Pro is mostly expected to upgrade to Intel's Haswell platform. The fifth-gen iPad is rumored to be adopting a narrower, iPad mini-like design, simultaneously upgrading its processor and RAM and adding a Touch ID sensor. The Mini itself should see similar upgrades, but also make the switch to a Retina display.

The only problem with these wild guesses on which products will be announced and what features they'll have is that if Apple doesn't do every one of the upgrades, their stock takes an unnecessary hit.
