SkyDrive for iOS gets camera backup, iOS 7 makeover, Office upgrades

Allows easier editing of Office documents

Microsoft has released a v4.0 iOS client update for SkyDrive, its cloud storage service. The centerpiece of the update is Camera Backup, which like Dropbox or Google+ can now automatically upload new images saved to a device's Camera Roll. The app has also been given a visual overhaul, bringing it into line with iOS 7.

A final addition is improved integration with Office Mobile for iPhone and OneNote, including the ability to edit Office documents. SkyDrive is a free download, and runs on any device with iOS 6 or later.
