The Wren V5BT produces realistic bass, with its 3-inch throw drivers and four layer voice coils, and its 19mm pair of soft dome tweeters create a wide soundstage. Bluetooth enabled, the V5BT can connect with devices that use Bluetooth 2.0 or higher. Direct connection on the rear of the speaker allows users to hardwire devices such as TVs, CD players or Blu-ray players via its 3.5mm auxiliary input. Finished with natural bamboo or rosewood veneers over a half-inch thick MDF board, its cabinet and acoustically transparent grille are designed to reduce cabinet distortion. Currently available for purchase in rosewood, the V5BT in natural bamboo can be pre-ordered to be shipped December 10, 2013. The V5BT is priced at $400 and is available online.
