HP Chromebook 11 is one of the best budget notebooks you can buy

Google has developed an uncanny ability to develop a wide range of disruptive technologies across a number of consumer technology-related spaces. In doing so, it has succeeded in creating much more choice for consumers, who have been the big winners with Google's approach. Its Chromebooks and the Chrome OS that runs on them, while initially slow to take off, is great example of how it has created a new computing paradigm at the low end of the notebook market. Read on to find out the latest improvements to the Chromebooks and the Chrome OS in our full review of the HP Chromebook 11.
