CyanogenMod-based smartphone has rear 13MP camera, replaceable covers

OnePlus has formally launched its first CyanogenMod-based Android smartphone, a device the company teased last week. The OnePlus One has a 5.5-inch 1920x1080-resolution display packed into a case that measures 8.9mm (0.35 inches) thick, weighs 162 grams (5.7 ounces), and will offer a variety of StyleSwap back covers including wooden and denim options.

Inside is a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor clocked at 2.5GHz, with an Adreno 330 GPU, 3GB of RAM, and options for 16GB and 64GB of storage. On the back is a 13-megapixel Sony Exmor sensor with a six-lens construction, f/2.0 aperture, LED Flash, and the ability to record 4K video and 720p video at 120fps, with a 5-megapixel version in the front. Connectivity over LTE is available, as well as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.1, and NFC, with the smartphone also having noise canceling microphones and a 3,100mAh battery.
