Dynamism announces Ultimaker 2 desktop 3D printer

Technology producer Dynamism has announced the launch of its new desktop 3D printer, the Ultimaker 2. Focusing on a user-friendly design, the printer utilizes an open filament system, allowing for use of any brand of filament. Small enough to fit in a working or living environment, the Ultimaker 2 features printing speeds of up to 300mm per second and 0.02mm layer resolution. Priced at $2900, Dynamism's latest 3D printer can be purchased online.



Windows Phone 8.1 adds searching Files app

Microsoft has released a new app for Windows Phone 8.1 users, allowing for simplified file searching. The new Files app offers the ability to access files and folders stored on one's device, making it easier to offload images to an SD card. Users can share one or multiple files, as well as copy, move, rename and delete. Files is free to download from the Windows Store.
