Sony enables wireless PlayStation 4 controller support on PlayStation 3

Sony has updated the PlayStation 3 to include wireless support of the PlayStation 4's DualShock 4 controller, eliminating the need to use the accompanying USB cable. The change, spotted by a Reddit user, the PS4 controller will now appear on the PS3 as a generic controller, capable of providing basic game controls, though it apparently lacks other important features, including vibration and motion controls.
