New full tower case features signature brushed aluminum design, tool-less features
Lian Li has announced a new brushed aluminum case in its lineup, adding the full tower PC-V2130 chassis. The new case features support for water cooling, including four positions for radiators 240mm or 280mm in size. The PC-V2130 supports a number of motherboards, including ATX, XL-ATX and Micro-ATX. Up to 11 drives, 2.5 or 3.5-inches in size, can be installed in hard drive bays or on the back of the motherboard tray, with an additional four 2.5-inch drives in a removable bracket. Lian Li's new case uses tool-less design for PCI card mounting, thumbscrews for front plate removal and side panel removal with only two latches. Consumers worried about the size and weight of the case will be happy to know that it includes four wheels for easy movement.
The PC-V2130 comes in black or silver for $499, or black with a window for $569.
SteelSeries creates special Siberia Elite headphones for Warlords of Draenor
SteelSeries announced last week that they are releasing a special edition of their newest headphones, the Siberia Elite. This styled version of the headphones are updated slightly in the new design, which features the World of Warcraft (WoW) logo on the headband and runes on the ear cups for the upcoming Warlords of Draenor expansion. SteelSeries has made some changes from the initial Siberia Elite design, including reducing the tension in the headband and adding larger ear cup openings. The retractable microphone has been updated for better positioning, in addition to having an LED on it to show when it's muted. The new Siberia Elites feature the company's next-generation headphone drivers, and a redesigned USB sound card.
The Siberia Elite World of Warcraft headphones will be on the SteelSeries website soon for a pre-order price of $210.
