High-resolution display of Lenovo Vibe Z2 Pro has pixel density of 490ppi
Lenovo has launched its previously rumored flagship smartphone with a six-inch Quad HD-resolution display. The Vibe Z2 Pro sports a pixel density of 490ppi in its thin 7.7mm (0.3 inches) frame, with the smartphone also boasting a 16-megapixel rear camera with a BSI sensor, optical image stabilization, and a number of features to help photographers.
The camera app has automatic scene detection, an "ultra night" low-light mode, a "pro" mode for altering the contrast, ISO, focus, and other aspects of the camera before taking the shot, and a function for minimizing the amount of distortion from the lens. Ubergizmo reports the phone is powered by a 2.5GHz Snapdragon 801 processor with 3GB of RAM, dual-SIM card support, LTE connectivity, and a large 4000mAh battery.
Lenovo will start shipping the Vibe Z2 Pro in September, with black, white, and gold color options, though a price has yet to be announced.
