Sony adds 3 all-in-one VAIO...
Sony on Wednesday unveiled three new all-in-one VAIO PCs – the JS, LV, and RT – offering users a space-saving, albeit full-featured design, featuring options for an integrated Blu-ray reader. The entry-level JS does not come with Blu-ray by default, but can be added in as a configurable option. It offers a 20.1-inch LCD, an integrated mic and web cam with face tracking, and comes preloaded with Windows Vista. The VAIO JS is available in black, silver, or pink from $1,000.

A 24-inch LCD adorns the VAIO LV, offering a resolution of 1920 by 1200 pixels, and a Blu-ray ROM drive, with options for a rewritable Blu-ray drive as well. The LV also includes DVR capabilities and up to 1TB of storage, and can receive video over HDMI from HD cable boxes, satellites, or a PlayStation 3, all without activating the PC portion. Sony claims the VAIO LV is capable of editing HD video content, and includes a wireless keyboard with integrated trackpad. Sony is selling the VAIO LV for $1,600.

Dubbed a "video-editing powerhouse" by Sony, the VAIO RT offers a 25.5-inch full HD-resolution LCD as well as a Blu-ray recorder. In addition to the HDMI input found in the LV, the RT offers an output as well, for output to an external HDTV or LCD monitor. Sony offers 1TB of hard drive space, up to 8GB of memory, and Intel Core 2 Quad processors. Sony is offering the VAIO RT for $3,300.

The all-in-ones are set to ship in mid-October.
