First Smart TV in range, includes HbbTV support
Bang & Olufsen has put a Smart TV on sale, the first in its television range. The BeoVision 11 Smart TV looks similar to the BeoVision 10, except it has a selection of onboard apps that can connect to the Internet. It is also one of the first televisions to support hybrid broadband TV (HbbTV), a pan-European standard for personalized and interactive TV services.

Bang & Olufsen brings $85,000, 85-inch TV to US
Bang & Olufsen's 85-inch BeoVision 4-85 3D TV set introduced last month has now been announced for the US. It carries a sticker of $85,000 but includes an integrated BeoLab 10 center channel speaker. This speaker uses B&O's Acoustic Lens Technology to send out sound at a 180 degree angle.

Bang & Olufsen shows off 85-inch 3D TV
Bang & Olufsen has just unveiled an 85-inch plasma HDTV in its BeoVision 4 series. It ships along with the company's BeoLab 10 center channel speaker and is available with or without a motorized stand that lifts the set to an optimal level when powered up. The set is compatible with the BeoLink automation system for full control from one of the Beo6 remote controls.

Bang & Olufsen intros BeoVision 10-32 TV set
Bang & Olufsen just announced it has added a new, smaller model to its BeoVision 10 lineup with a 32-inch version. The third in the series introduced this year sports the same edge LED-backlight, DVB-HD over-the-air TV tuning and two built-in speakers that are said to offer superior sound quality. The screen is double-sided and sports an anti-reflective coating.

Bang & Olufsen adds 120Hz, Blu-ray to flagship
Bang & Olufsen on Wednesday introduced a new addition to its BeoVision 7 HDTV lineup in the form of a 55-inch model. It becomes the largest BeoVision 7 offered, readily beating out the 40-inch set available in North America. Most notably, Bang & Olufsen has doubled the panel's refresh speed to 120Hz but has also added motion compensation. There is also a new LED backlight with progressive scanning and local dimming that improves the contrast ratio.

Bang and Olufsen upgrades BeoVision set
Luxury home theater firm Bang & Olufsen today updated its BeoVision TVs with a new flagship, the BeoVision 10. The 40-inch set echoes the same 'seamless' TV and speaker combo of earlier sets but now adds a 240Hz panel to eliminate motion artifacts and measures about 2.1 inches deep with a thinner bezel than the BeoVision 9. The 10's creator sees it as being subtle and thin enough to sit alongside paintings without commanding too much attention until it's switched on.

Bang Olufsen Renwick TVs
Bang & Olufsen today said it had struck a unique deal that would see a luxury condominum include the Danish electronics firm's technology. The upcoming Renwick building in Manhattan's SoHo area will see a BeoVision 8 32-inch LCD TV installed by default into every suite along with audio systems to match; the company's BeoSound 4 is also put into each condominium for listening to music through SD cards or CD, while a BeoLab 4000 one-piece speaker provides sound without taking up extra space.
