Updated version of Cyberduck adds support for multipart uploads, bucket lifecycle config
Cyberduck has announced the availability of its latest version of its FTP/SFTP/WebDAV file server client software, Cyberduck 4.4. Featuring a complete refactoring for improved performance and testability, Cyberduck has accommodated developments in cloud storage by adding support for multipart uploads. Bucket lifestyle configuration has also been added in Amazon S3 to archive objects in Amazon Glacier and multi-region support for OpenStack Swift. Other improvements include bug fixes and improved file transfer reliability for higher throughput. Its version for Mac now does not require Java Runtime for installation. Available for Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7, and Mac OS X 10.6 or later, Cyberduck can be downloaded from Cyberduck, and is soon to be updated in the App Store.
