Top Google lawyer to replace current M&A head
Google is preparing to replace the head of its mergers and acquisitions group, David Lawee, with top internal lawyer Don Harrison. This according to sources familiar with the search giant's plans, who spoke anonymously to Reuters, revealing the organizational shift. Google has not commented on the matter, but Lawee will reportedly be moved to another new group within the search giant.
