Delkin CF cards can withstand extreme temps
Delkin has released the first extreme temperature, high performance CF cards that can operate perfectly in temperature ranges of -40 degrees to 85 degrees Celsius (-40 degrees to 185 degrees Fahrenheit). The cards are available in 32GB and 64GB capacities and use single-level cell (SLC) NAND flash. Other than the resistance to temperature extremes, the cards are otherwise rugged and still fast with 105MBps peak read speeds and 95MBps writes.

Delkin ships $540, 633x, 64GB SDXC memory card
Memory card and digital camera accessory maker Delkin on Wednesday showed off the fastest SDXC UHS-I memory card in the world with the 64GB Elite633X. Meant for streaming HD and 3D video, the card can record at speeds of up to 45MBps and read at up to 95MBps, giving it the equivalent of a 633X speed. The 64GB capacity, meanwhile, translates to as much as eight hours of HD video capture or more than 17,000 typical photos.

Delkin 16GB 305X Card
Delkin on Friday claimed to have the fastest-ever memory cards for high-end digital SLRs such as the Nikon D300. The storage maker's 16GB CompactFlash Pro uses the Ultra DMA bandwidth technology made available by some newer devices to achieve an unprecedented 305X speed rating, just topping the 300X record set by Lexar with enough speed to sustain 45MB per second regardless of the conditions.
