Audio system manufacturer Edifier has announced the availability of the iF335BT, Bric Connect. Edifier’s Bric Connect is aimed at the home, office or mobile use by providing Bluetooth capabilities as well as sound reproduction that the manufacturer claims is more commonly found in systems with a larger form factor.
Audio system designer and manufacturer Edifier has introduced the e10 Exclaim. Edifier’s Exclaim is an active bi-amped 2.0 speaker system that combines smooth curves and straight lines. Designed to complement a computer system, television or mobile device, Full integral DSP (Digital Signal Processing) and DRC (Dynamic Range Compensation) gives the Exclaim noteworthy tonal balance regardless of volume setting, and keeps any possible distortion at an absolute minimum.
Speaker manufacturer Edifier has released two speaker docks for iOS and other handhelds. Using the old 30-pin connector found in older iOS devices instead of the Lightning port, the Esiena and Bric both still allow for connectivity to the iPhone 5 and other handsets wirelessly over Bluetooth, or through a 3.5mm auxiliary input port.
Edifier today announced the availability of its new E30 Spinnaker Bluetooth stereo system. The novel design of the system is engineered to increase sound quality, and it packs inside a number of technologies to amplify its output. The sail-shaped speakers won the CES Innovations Award this year.
The Apple Store today kicked off a post-Thanksgiving Monday sale that has swung attention to accessories and some of Apple's secondary services. Audio is a focus and sees Beats' Beatbox speaker dock and Solo HD headphones drop down by $40 and $20 respectively, to $360 and $180. M-Audio's KeyStudio 49 MIDI keyboard has also been discounted from $100 to $70, and Edifier's Prisma E3350 speakers have had their price lowered to $117.
Edifier chose to wrap up the weekend with a new soundbar tailored just to notebook owners. Its simply titled Soundbar USB is just 1.5 inches tall and, at 10.5 inches, just long enough to sit on top of a notebook. USB power keeps it completely portable but can still power discrete pairs of woofers and tweeters.
Edifier recently announced it has now made its iF500 iPod dock entertainment system available in North America. The large dome of the iF500 houses five separate speakers and is made with vibration and resonance control in mind. The device, which was launched in Europe earlier this year, can accommodate iPods and iPhones, as well as other portable audio players via their headphone jacks thanks to an auxiliary input.
