Slimmest smartphone to date bound for Chinese market
Chinese electronics manufacturer Oppo appears to be readying to release the Finder, a smartphone that is claimed to snag the title of World's Slimmest at just over a quarter of an inch in depth. A video showing off the slim handset was released yesterday, and specs for the device have been appearing on numerous tech blogs.

Raskin update released
A simplified version of m3me's productivity app, Remote Conductor for iPad, has been released. The new software, dubbed App Conductor HD, retains all of the application management functions, but foregoes the trackpad, keyboard, and full application launcher. With the help of a free desktop application, App Conductor HD wirelessly connects to a computer and acts as a control center for managing desktop applications and windows. All of a users dock items are displayed across the bottom of the iPad's screen, while application windows are organized into a scrollable grid. App Conductor HD can be purchased from the App Store for $3.

It can also find trends by searching the details of events and viewing the average, minimum and maximum times spend on projects. Version 1.6 looks to give users more control over the format in which data is exported. TimeTable now will use the same order, width, title and sort order of columns as seen on the screen in the export. Spectasia HUD for Mac
Spectasia from MATT Services brings fighter pilot technology to the Mac OS Finder to provide intuitive file and folder navigation. The company says it's unique "ergonomic retrieval" 3D layout makes desktop icons easier to spot, increasing productivity. This "Head Up Display" is said to be similar to the screens used in advanced fighter jets and provides a "clearly distinguishable angle-of-view and also depth location for every item."
