Dates for upcoming Verizon handsets leaked
Release dates for a number of handsets meant for Verizon have been leaked, thanks to Droid-Life. A pared back version of the Galaxy Nexus with 16GB of built-in storage should begin shipping on April 5, according to a leaked memo. Halving the memory would drop the cost to $200 on contract.

HTC Fireball nears release with Wi-Fi blessing
The mysterious HTC Fireball handset leaked back in December has now gone through the Wi-Fi certification process (PDF), suggesting it's closer to launch. It is billed as coming to Verizon and sport 4G LTE support. The leaked photos from last year make it look like the Droid Incredible 2.

Verizon's first LTE global handsets?
LG's Spectrum and HTC's Fireball handsets may be the first of Verizon's 4G LTE devices to offer global roaming capabilities. A leaked screenshot from Verizon's internal systems, which was posted on Droid-Life, suggests both devices have received the "global phone" designation that would allow users to take advantage of GSM networks while travelling.

HTC Fireball with 4G due at Verizon sometime soon
A leaked Verizon inventory screen makes mention of an upcoming HTC smartphone, the Fireball, Droid-Life learned. It would run on the carrier's 4G network, though little else is known. Its ADR6410L model number puts it in-between the Rezound and Thunderbolt, with their ADR6425 and ADR6400 model numbers, respectively. As such, features are expected to fall between these two.
