AMD's Embedded G-Series chips get real-time OS support

Offers quick reliable RTOS for industrial usage

AMD has integrated a real-time operating system (RTOS) into its G-Series processors. The chip maker is now loading Green Hill's Integrity OS onto the platform. The embedded system can be used in a variety of tasks where space and power are at a preimuum including TV set-top boxes and other home devices, industrial control systems, networking, the military, and medicine.
