Modi shows off Pius EV that can be registered as a motorized bicycle in Japan
The Japan-based Modi Corporation that builds vehicle prototypes has now created a single-seater that can be assembled by buyers themselves, just like a shelf from Ikea. The Pius can be registered as a Class 1 motorized bicycle in Japan and used on the country's roads. Prices aren't yet being revealed, but the vehicle is due to be released in the spring of 2013 at the earliest.
