PeeWee ships educational Power Laptop for kids

Children's PC builder PeeWee has released a new netbook for its core audience. The PeeWee Power Laptop is aimed at kids aged between 4 and 8; it's both ruggedized (including a spill-proof keyboard) and comes with 15 educational software titles preloaded onto its 160GB hard drive, along with Windows XP. Processing power, meanwhile, comes from a 1.66GHz Intel Atom processor.

Peewee Pivot Tablet Laptop

Peewee PC has released a spill- and drop-resistant notebook for children aged 3-10, the Peewee Pivot Tablet Laptop. It has typical notebook specs with a 1.6GHz Intel Atom processor and 60GB of storage, but, as a convertible tablet, lets users rotate the display 180 degrees and use the touch display alone along with the conventional netbook layout. A thick handle eases carrying the notebook for kids in either mode.
