Penultimate creator to move over to Evernote as part of buyout

Cloud-syncing note service Evernote has purchased handwriting-recognition app Penultimate, SlashGear reported. A future Evernote update will bring handwriting recognition to it, and Penultimate will expand to support other mobile operating systems, as it's only available for iOS thus far.
