iLuv introduces SyrenPro wireless, weather-resistant speaker

Audio peripheral manufacturer iLuv Creative Technology announced yesterday its extension of its Syren line of speakers, with the addition of the SyrenPro. Equipped with new features such as 'TrueWireless Stereo,' the SyrenPro allows users to wirelessly pair two SyrenPro units to create a combined stereo sound system. Able to withstand outdoor usage, the SyrenPro has a weather- and UV-resistant body. Its Bluetooth capability includes voice prompts for easy pairing, and SyrenPro's aux-in port allows for connection to devices without Bluetooth.

ROCCAT Power-Grid update features new code, Power-Grid SDK

Roccat's Power-Grid remote control software has received its first major update since October, featuring all-new code and advanced Power-Grid content found in the release of the Power-Grid SDK. Allowing users to integrate their smartphone as a remote control while gaming, Power-Grid is still in an open-beta status, which has allowed for continuous user feedback.

Roccat ships ISKU FX light-up gaming keyboard in US, Europe

Key lighting synchronizes with game, companion mouse

Gaming peripherals manufacturer Roccat has started shipping its ISKU FX gaming keyboard. All keys on the keyboard are backlit, with 16.8 million hues of colored light to choose from, as well as automatic color-changing to match the action while playing a game, for example flashing red when attacked by an enemy. Online tank-based wargame World of Tanks has been announced as compatible with the lighting system, which keeps both the keyboard and Roccat's line of lit mice in sync with the game's visuals.

ROCCAT Studios lets gamers control PC with a smartphone

PC gamers get Power-Grid accessory app for iOS

ROCCAT Studios, a German gaming peripherals maker, is showing off its new Power-Grid product at the current CeBIT show. The iPhone and iPod touch app includes four home screens called grids and allows gamers to view PC status and control games. Three have tools preloaded, with the fourth entirely customizable by the user.
