Qualcomm has introduced a 10.1-inch tablet, the Snapdragon S4 Liquid, that serves as a mobile development platform for the company's flagship mobile SoC. The tablet is powered by the MSM8960 S4 chip, which is paired with a 1366x768 display and dual front-facing cameras capable of shooting 1080p video, including one sensor that captures 13-megapixel stills, along with two rear-facing cameras geared for 3D recording.
