NIkon Speedlight SB-910 press release spotted
A press release for the NIkon Speedlight SB-910 camera has slipped on to the net, only to be pulled. The new flagship DSLR camera uses the latest implementation of Nikon's creative lighting system (CLS) and marries it to an upgraded and easier to use to GUI. The Speedlight SB-910 will ship with a wide zoom lens that will incorporate FX/DX-format identification that optimizes zoom settings based on the camera body.
Nikon D7000 official
Nikon tonight brought out the D7000, its long-awaited spiritual sequel to the D90. The camera now has the second highest resolution of any Nikon DSLR and has a new 16.2-megapixel sensor with support for the same 1080p24 (or 720p30) video as the D3100 with continuous autofocus and a stereo mic input. Its body is now more ambitious and comes closer to the D300s in toughness than the older model; it now has a more durable magnesium shell and is weather-resistant.
Nikon D700 Magazine Leak
Nikon's often-leaked D700 digital SLR has been given further evidence through a leaked set of photos from German magagine Profifoto. The seemingly authentic page spread reaffirms the camera's position in between the D300 and D3 with a 12.1 megapixel sensor and a 95 percent viewfinder; it should shoot up to ISO 6,400 in normal operation (with no word of an expanded ISO 25,600 mode) and up to five frames per second in RAW (8 frames with a battery grip).
