Swann has announced two miniature surveillance devices designed to look like everyday ballpoint pens. The HD PenCam and PenCam 4GB both capture videos and images onto digital media. The pen then plugs into a USB port to transfer the recorded shots onto a computer.

Case tested to 65-foot submersion
Swann has introduced the the Freestyle HD, the company's first wearable video camera that shoots in HD resolution. The camera allows users to capture eight-megapixel still photos or 1080p video at 30fps, with options for stereo audio, digital zoom and single or continuous shooting in still mode. Content can be previewed on an integrated 1.5-inch LCD on the backside.

Swann SportsCam shoots video up to 65' underwater
Ahead of its public unveiling at CES, security camera maker Swann Security has officially taken the wraps off its rugged, waterproof DVR-460 SportsCam. The device can take still photos and videos at up to under 65 feet of water, though at just 640x480 resolution. There is no internal memory onboard, with all recordings and photos stored on microSD cards.
